Happy Easter, Happy Passover, Happy Spring

Whether you celebrate Easter, Passover or neither and just enjoy the arrival of spring, this time of year brings joy to many as everything starts to bloom and thrive after a long, cold winter!  Life starts anew in the spring, as it does for Christians and Jews with their respective holidays.

Spring brings not only warmer temperatures, but freedom from our hibernating bear-like habits of winter!

Being out in nature enjoying walks, bike rides, a long run, hikes, gardening or a day in the park, is really welcomed after a long, dark, cold winter. The increased exercise and enjoyment of the outdoors is sure to lessen stress and anxiety!

And a winter with Coronavirus has its added stresses.  So get out there and enjoy spring, and you’ll feel the results of the season as your stress dissipates!
