Safely break your COVID-19 quarantine and surround yourself with the beauty of nature!  Instead of looking at your same four walls, day in and day out, enjoy the visual beauty of nature during a drive, walk, hike or bike ride through natures lovely venues!

Take a ride to a picturesque area.  And if there’s an ocean or lake nearby even better.  Being by the water has many therapeutic qualities and allows us to refresh and relax.

Perhaps you’d like to retreat to the mountains for a hike and breathe in some fresh air, while viewing the beautiful sites around you.  Getting in touch with nature is a sure way to relax and rejuvenate!  Bring along some of your favorite tasty treats for a picnic lunch and enjoy these savory delights as your eyes feast on the beauty around you!

During the holidays, take a ride through town and take in all the sights of the beautiful displays of Christmas lights!  Or take a day trip to a quaint little town and enjoy the sights they have to offer!

Those of us in the New York Metropolitan Area can stroll on the Riverwalk and enjoy the sights of the skyline as it’s lights shimmer like diamonds in the night!

During the winter months, bundle up and take a walk in the snow . . perhaps let the kid in you come out and build a snowman . . followed by a sweet, creamy cup of hot cocoa!

Whatever the season, the beauty and fresh air of nature abounds, and is a refreshing treat for the mind, body and soul!
